This project nonprofit gets ten percent to manage the process that fee keeps the project going assisting in research done in advance where the time did not generate any claim for other individuals. The fee balances expenditures and does not have to be paid in advance and it comes from the proceeds. You complete our form with as much information, sign a release with your Id and agree to pay for services as reimbursable fees for associated costs notararies, delivery of documents owed or paid to any vendors, geneanology and asset research to ensure you are the right claiment, property acqusition persons and attorneys when they assist in your funds recovery process.

Getting a release from you which allows us to work withwith this project.

Getting a signed and notarized agreement for the payments and disbursements to be made to the project to pay vendors and reimburse any upfront fees paid for investigators, notaries, title searches, cross references to names to narrow that you are the individual who has a legal right to make a claim for assets we find, and if an attorney is necessary their fee for receipt and distribution to any parties owed including themselves to make and settle a claim issuing you and others their checks.
FYI- When we send a notary to you to get the release, you need ID. We need to verify that you are the person whom we are seeking to help recover an asset or to do research to find money which maybe owed to you from estates, foreclosures, deceased relatives, generational left over funds from a business or government agency refunds due.

This will require you to have a government issued ID copy to notary when you sign the documents, a phone number contact or an email and physical address so that you can receive funds due to you.

The notary will give you a copy of the documents you signed for your records.

We will notify you of anything that we find which can be claimed and the amount that is due to you.

Note of importance- if their are leins, fees owed to other parties they have to be paid and deducted first from the claim before you receive the check in the final amount due to you.
