Youth labeled as unruly or undisciplined in the
community are challenged by current and former US
service members, retired teachers, law enforcement,
athletes and formerly incarcerated persons with mental
and physical discipline activities.  The FIP challenges
the youth's criminal thinking  and gives guidance on
corrective thinking, service members give them good
civic, endurance and commitment guides, athletes give
them the guides to work in teams with physical and
mental discipline to compete competitively, with a
positive healthy attitude for winning or completing a
goal, law enforcement gives them consequences for
behaviors guidlines.  They  are given the opportunity to
learn leadership skills from participating in the
program activities.  They are challenged with making a
choice to change their own behaviors, to become self
directed, to be self disciplined when they are faced with
challanges and encouraged to use their leasership skills
